Microsoft tech stack – Windows Server, Office365, Exchange, Active Directory

Hands on Networking – CCNA desirable

We are a professional services company based in Huddersfield looking to recruit a Helpdesk Analyst with experience supporting internal users across multiple sites, working in a predominantly Microsoft environment. The ideal candidate will have 1st Line Service Desk / Helpdesk experience and a good understanding of Windows Server and other associated technologies such as O365, Active Directory and Exchange. You will also have a good grasp of networking and be excited by solving networking problems.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

This vacancy will suit a 1st Line Helpdesk / Service Desk Analyst with some commercial experience who wants to apply their experience in as broad a way as possible supporting internal users in their day to day work. You will be involved in Desktop Support and Networking both in person and remotely as well as being hands on with hardware and software rollouts across our estate. This role will allow you to get involved in some bespoke application support as well as some network and telephony support.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

Good academic background in IT

Experience in a Helpdesk Support environment

Windows and MS Office knowledge – Software and Operating Systems

Exchange Server administration and troubleshooting

Hands on Networking, patching and cabling

IT'S NICE TO HAVE…

CompTIA / CCNA certifications

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Clear Communication
