Are you an experienced or aspiring Administrator looking for a new challenge? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our growing Rental Services team based in our Huddersfield head office as an Administrations Handler!

You will be responsible for:

Managing hire requirements for customer with our supplier.
Initiating the hire service on the system.
Managing daily reporting.
Identifying exception claims utilising the internal reporting and supplier reporting.
Updating data on the system.

About You:

You’ll be self-motivated, organised and have a good eye for detail.
You’re a team player and strive to ensure the achievement of personal goals as well as providing support to colleagues.
This role involves a significant amount of telephone and PC work, so you’ll need to be a confident user of both as well as the main Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel and Word.
Previous experience of working in a similar environment is not essential but you’ll be willing to learn and keen to perform well.
