After Sales Advisor – Huddersfield
We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service or Parts Advisor for a lovely role in the Huddersfield area.
After Sales Advisor
Working hours are really good compared to industry average;
8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
Some of the key tasks will be:
Advising customers of costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
Make customers aware of additional products and services available to them
Seek to obtain referrals for customers’ families and friends
Initiate service documentation, job card production and update customer records and follow-up systems
Record customer prospect details accurately and in accordance with Data Protection Acts
Advise customers on parts enquiries and availability of parts
Document all warranty work as per manufacturers’ requirements and dealership policy
Update customer and vehicle history files to ensure total accuracy
A full UK driving licence is essential for the position.
Starting basic salary is up to £23, plus an excellent bonus scheme giving an annual OTE of £30,
