Business Development Manager
Location: Huddersfield, Leeds
Hybrid – 2 days office, 3 days remote
Full-Time, Permament, Hybrid
Advocate for clients and collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehension and fulfillment of their needs. Support sales efforts, manage client grievances, oversee account operations, and enhance the overall quality of the customer experience.
Hunting for new business. Generating leads and new business.
Understanding the product portfolio and how the solutions work.
Try to resolve any queries and disputes a customer may have, where possible.
Ensure customers are happy and working with them to ensure they have the right solution at a fair price.
Upsell products to customers using telephone, email and face to face meetings.
Book and attend customer visits where required.
Manage Contract Renewals.
Ensure Projects are passed in a complete and timely manner.
Maintaining customer records and ensuring they are up to date on the CRM System as well as noting any future requirements.
Learning all new product releases where possible and analysing competitor solutions.
Attend trade shows and exhibitions as required.
Targeted on achieving sales to the GP value of £45,000.00 per quarter as a team target.
Proven work experience in a similar role
Knowledge of Telecoms and/or IT Industry
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
Strong workload prioritisation skills and ability to work under pressure
Results and customer service focused
Full Driver’s License
Willingness to travel as part of the role
