Buyer My client, part of a major international group, is an FMCG manufacturing business with an extensive portfolio of market leading brands. They require a Procurement Professional, probably working currently as either a Buyer or Assistant Buyer, or even as a Purchasing Assistant to join their team. The role of Buyer exists to collaborate with key business stakeholders and suppliers, to proactively manage commercial procurement aspects of raw material and packaging sourcing and supply and to ensure best practice purchasing in a professional manner to achieve the businesses targets. Their ideal Candidate for the role of Buyer will: * Have 2+ years Procurement experience as a Buyer or Assistant Buyer. * Have experience gained within a manufacturing business, ideally FMCG. * Have experience of managing a supply base and complex supply chains. * Be able to communicate with a variety of stakeholders clearly and confidently.
