*Salary up to £24,960 on a two weekly rota basic*
Shift patterns will run between 07:00am -14:00pm and 15:00pm – 22:00pm including alternate weekend working.
This role will include carrying out care work when required by the business and some senior duties including conducting care plans and risk assessments for new and existing service users, Hospital discharges and any other office based work required. Previous experience of Risk Assessing and Care Planning is advantageous, however full training will be provided under our company development plan.
This is a perfect opportunity for experience care workers to develop there skills within the industry with further career progression available.
Candidates must have good written and verbal English communication skills. Candidates must be willing to travel through the entirety of Huddersfield/Kirklees as the position will involve traveling.
Full UK driving License and use of own car for work purposes is essential.
