Our client is in search of a System Support Administrator who will be a key member in a Growing Customer Success Department. You will be supporting customers throughout their journey post and presales and help with onboarding and technical support.
Supporting customers pre and post sale
Providing technical support when needed to existing and new customers
Working within the CRM and providing metric updates to the Customer Success ManagerAbout you!
We would love to hear from anyone that has IT Support, Software Support or Customer Service experience
Any experience within Software would be a great benefit, i.e. SaaS environment
Great knowledge of Excel
Great people skills
Awesome organisational and project management skills
An interest in supporting a customer journey and driving improvement to customer engagement
Must be based in or local to Huddersfield / Yorkshire Benefits:
£20,000 – £26,000 a year
Remote Working Options – ideally once or twice a month requirement
