Job Title: Client Support Executive
Location: Huddersfield
Salary: up to £21,000 plus bonus

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join our busy, highly-valued team in Huddersfield as a Client Support Executive to provide invaluable admin assistance to the Client Service Delivery Team and their Clients.

Role overview

Reporting directly to the Client Service Delivery Team Leader and working closely with the Account Director’s and Account Manager’s, you will be predominantly responsible for proactive management of a portfolio of our clients on a daily basis.
FMG is a leading outsourcer of motor claims incident management to the insurance, fleet and leasing marketplace. FMG has a large portfolio of 500+ existing clients which are proactively managed by the Client Service team.

About you:
•A motivated, proactive and driven individual with excellent communication and relationship building skills.
•Previous experience of working in a client services environment and a successful career within automotive industry, specifically accident management, insurance or repair and recovery is desirable
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills are fundamental to the role.
•Computer literacy and attention to detail are essential.
•Excellent time management skills ad ability to work to tight deadlines
•Analytical and negotiating skills are crucial

Duties and responsibilities:
•Build strong relationships with the portfolio of clients and provide ongoing support to key business executives and stakeholders
•Take responsibility for the resolution of customer queries by proactively liaising with internal and external colleagues
•Attending Clients meetings and conference calls as and when required
•Proactively ensure all system admin is up to date at all times
•Compile review packs for the External Account Directors.
•Ensure that required account documents, contracts, renewals and rates are in place.
•Produce and understand statistical data from reports
•Manage customer queries and internal queries for all allocated External accounts.
•Analyse customer query trends
