Ability to operate a CNC Centre Lathe unsupervised
Ability to edit / write CNC programmes
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Ability to self-inspect your work to specification
The Ideal CNC Centre Lathe Turner will:
Be apprentice trained within an engineering background
Be a good communicator, have good organisation, and exceptional recording skills.
Have good work ethic and willingness to develop their knowledge.
Have the ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.
Working Hours for the CNC Centre Lathe Turner:
Standard day shift – 37 hours per week.
Monday to Thursday – 07:30AM – 16:00PM
Friday – 07:30AM – 12:30PM
Further Details for the CNC Centre Lathe Turner:
Annual Salary: £28,000 (£14.55/hr) – rising after probation.
Holiday Allowance: 33 Days (28 + 5 public holidays)
