You will either be a Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE already working in a Contentious Probate Department, or a Civil Litigation Solicitor with up to 5 years’ PQE looking to retrain and specialise in Contentious Probate. Ideally some experience of working on contentious probate matters would be desirable but not essential as the firm is able to retrain the right candidate.
