Not only under lockdown did we launch the ground breaking “go live in-store” digital experience offering new and expectant parents a live personal interaction with our store teams, from the safety of their homes, but the look, feel, content and support within our website shone through. We’ve made sure under lockdown, and now beyond, that buying that first pram, baby changing table, cot, or cute little baby grow online is a magical, memorable and perfect experience, that our customers can cherish forever as part of their amazing parenting journey.

As a result of one of our most successful years in our 40 year history, and continued investment digitally, both UK and Internationally, we are looking to take our digital eCommerce experience to even greater heights and accolades, by recruiting a Conversion Optimisation Manager to the team.
The role of CONVERSION OPTIMISATION MANAGER
Mamas & Papas is a business not afraid to try new things. As our newly created role of Conversion Optimisation Manager, you will be the driving force of reason in being able to continually improve, adjust and adapt to the needs of our customers and their online journey.
Through Google Analytics, hotjar, inspectlet and various internal data analytical tools, you will create, maintain and manage a CRO testing plan that would look to feed back into key business objectives (customer recruitment, retention, CRO, basket maximisation, personalisation and omnichannel conversion).
Furthermore, play a key role in overall customer experience projects and initiatives that has Mamas & Papas best in class, and the innovators of online shopping experiences for our customers and community of new and expectant parents.
Do you come from an eCommerce Conversion Optimisation background? Are you a problem solver, utilising key analytical tools (GA, hotjar, inspectlet) to uncover problems and opportunities in user experience, journey and conversion?
