The Role Are you an experienced manager who has a proven track record in managing and coaching sales professionals to create exceptional customer experience? This is an exciting time for you to join our business as we embark on our journey to innovatively transform our customer experience within our Kitchen and Bathroom Design & Installation Service. You will be responsible for driving high performance by coaching, developing, challenging, and supporting the Design Consultant team. You will be accountable for driving our showroom performance and profitability to its highest level so you will need to be able to think on your feet, plan strategically and know how to get things done. About you We are looking for someone who is a people person, who can build strong relationships with their team as well as customers and suppliers. You need to have a strong character and be able to challenge, influence, and negotiate as well as balance time and tasks against the demand of the business. It would be great if you came from the Kitchen and Bathroom industry however this is not essential, as training will be given. As a Showroom Manager, it is essential that you have a passion, drive, and energy for delivering a great customer journey and that you are great at leading, supporting, and challenging a team to deliver a high-performing team and showroom. We are looking for an experienced manager who has a proven track record in coaching sales professionals to create exceptional customer experience that drives exceptional commercial results. You will be passionate about customer and brand experience creating an environment for our existing team to thrive. Alongside this you will bring the resilience and tenacity needed to challenge, influence, build a high performing team who are focused on the customer at the heart of everything they do.
