More about your role

As the UKs leading Social Enterprise, we are looking for a Director who will help us change our customers lives by giving us the knowledge and insight we need to create and support thriving Communities

As Director of Asset Knowledge & Insight you will be responsible for the build of an up-to-date profile regarding the condition of our homes, places and communities which will give us the insight into what works we need to be carried for our communities to thrive.

Using data your will provide the group with detailed understanding of our homes, places and communities, understanding and highlighting the challenges we may face in our operating environment. You will play a key role in helping the group understand the sector wide issues so we can make a difference to our customers and colleagues across Social Housing.

You will be a key driver in our response to Net Zero and decarbonisation, providing insight into how we harness sources of capital to deliver on these initiatives. Identifying new and innovative ways for the Group to understand the condition of its homes

More about you

We are looking for applicants who have a true passion for creating communities where our customer can thrive! You will be a ‘get things done' person who can engage and influence colleagues at all levels. You will have prior experience in a similar level role and will be able to translate data and insight into clear plans

Strong Social Housing knowledge is essential, as is an awareness of current sector issues, challenges, and legislation. You will be a champion of new technologies and data, and will understand how we can use these to better understand our places, homes and communities.
