More about your role

Our business is going through very exciting changes and we are now looking for a Director of Business Transformation to join our Assets and Investments team! As part of this role you will strategically and operationally lead on how we respond to the delivery challenges faced across this department.

You will develop and drive a programme of work that increases capacity and improves efficiency across our value streams with a focus on the affordable housing service, including our customer contact centre.

This role will act as the intermediary between HomePlus and the Transformation Office, working closely with these business units, you will ensure that Places for People deliver an effortless experience to our customers while delivering expertise value to the organisation by building a positive team culture that is ready to accept change.

You will set the strategic direction of the A&I team through strategy development and delivery of performance metrics, You will support the Assts and Investments SLT by driving forward data and system transformations that ensure we have accurate and up to date data about our homes, places and communities. You will be a key interface between group wide transformations ensuring that A&I become a good customer to these critical programmes.

More about you

You will have excellent communications skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Including a high level of both written and verbal communication skills that can be used to effectively engage, inform, and influence a range of target audiences.

To be considered you will be a strong leader with a track record of successfully changing and transforming processes within a customer focused environment. You will possess the ability to think big, analyse new information, asses complex problems and present solutions in a clear and concise manner all whilst having a ‘get things done` approach.
