Sacco Mann are working on an exciting legal opportunity by our client, a highly reputable Yorkshire law firm who are keen to bring an experienced Family Paralegal to their successful Family team in their Huddersfield office.

This position falls with one of our strongest clients in Yorkshire Our client pride themselves on the professional and friendly legal services they provide to their loyal clientele and offer a genuinely amazing and inclusive place to work. If you have experience working within Family, then our client is keen to hear from you.

The Role

  • Assisting fee earners with matters at all stages, from file opening to archiving
  • Obtaining and preparing file documentation
  • Liaising with clients and other parties to keep them updated with progress of matters
  • Billing files and obtaining monies due to the firm from the clients and other parties
  • Any other duties which from time to time are required by the firm.

  • Previous experience to a wide variety of family matters
  • Ability to confidently present and argue a case orally and in writing
