Job Description:

Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join a forward-thinking Financial Planning firm.

You will be working within the Client care team delivering impeccable service in a fast-paced environment. Due to expansion, my client are looking to bring on an administrator with a desire to grow within the industry.

Duties will include but not limited to:

Handling client queries via telephone

Supporting financial advisors

Booking meetings, arranging appointments and preparing portfolios

Contacting third parties

Processing New business


Starting salary of up to £25,000+Bonus

Skills and experience required:

1-2 Years’ experience working in financial services

SJP knowledge/experience would be advantageous but not essential

Experience working in a busy office environment

Excellent written & Verbal communication skills

Ability to work efficiently independently as well as in a team environment
