Freelance Site Engineer (Outside IR35) Civils and Groundworks Start 12th March Duration: 10 – 12 weeks My Client are a Yorkshire based Civils and Groundworks Contractor with a wealth of experience and an excellent client based of Tier 1 and Large Main Contractors. Due to increased workload in the Yorkshire region there is a requirement for an experienced Freelance Site Engineer for a civils package on a large education project. THE ROLE: •Reporting to Project Manager responsible for setting-out duties •Setting-Out: Groundworks, Foundations, Drainage, Lift Pits, Externals •Liaison with Main Contractor Engineer •The role will require some back office reports / diaries etc •Create As-Built Surveys THE CANDIDATE: •Freelance Site Engineer with experience in Groundworks, Foundations and Drainage •Able to use modern Robotic Setting-Out Equipment •Able to read from drawings •Strong communication both written and verbal •CSCS is essential for the role Apply now with an up to date CV or contact Dan Standish at Kenton Black (Leeds) for more info
