Ashley Kate are excited to be supporting our education client in their search for a HR & Systems Analyst on a permanent basis. This is a brand new role to join the team! The role will be based in Huddersfield with HYbrid working available.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a wider HR function, whilst still having autonomy in your role – this would be perfect for someone who is looking to come in and make the role their own and join an organisation constantly looking to improve and innovate their process. You will need to have proven data analysis experience, and be someone who can drive improvements throughout the business and be forward thinking, focusing on outputs and metrics.
Responsibilities include:
·Providing reporting expertise and support to users of the HR systems, becoming the SUPERUSER for their HR system
·Creating and delivering training modules on the systems to support management team and wider HR team
·Producing monthly and ad-hoc reports and develop data to provide further metrics and insights
·Analysing and reporting on a wide range of HR metrics
·Lead in delivery of data reports/presentations in meeting s with senior management
·Continually reviewing and improving the use of the systems, ensuring consistency and fit for purpose
·
The Candidate:
·Proven background in HR Data Analysis essential
·An analytical mind with a keen interest in resolving problems and delivering business improvement, through continuous improvement
·Experience of working with senior management and reporting/presenting to leadership team
·Strong HR systems experience is essential
·Advanced user of excel is essential
