Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting our Global Professional Services client in their search for a new HR Shared Service Manager. Based on site at their Huddersfield offices, you will report directly into the HR Director and be leading a team of 7 as the business embarks on a major transformation and so you will need to have a proven background of leading a HR Administrative function through change in HR systems, functions and practices.
You will be responsible for leading on a full system implementation programme and continuous improvement of this centralised service and you will be the key lead on reviewing and embedding best working practice that will deliver a top level service. You must have previous experience of leading and developing a HR team and identifying areas of process improvement that need to happen.
Leading a team, it is key that you are confident in identifying areas of improvement in order to deliver operational goals and ensure that an efficient and consistent ER process is met.
You will lead on all business process mapping to deliver changes or capture newly added processes so it is essential that you have a proven background in leading this type of business improvement activity.
You will be supporting the ongoing enhancement of case management tools and also be the lead on any new technical roll outs within the HR advisory team. Working with the People Director you will need to pull together all statistical MI data and review Service level agreements, reporting on any variances.
Key that you have a proven background in leading a Operational HR team.
Experienced of HRIS implementation is essential.
Strong experience across collating and preparing MI data is key
A clear understanding of implementing continuous improvement and lean methodologies
Ideally you will have worked within a fast paced global business environment
