Having just come off the most successful year in our 40 year history; cementing ourselves as the No. 1 brand in the baby/nursery products sector, 2022 winners of “Best Game Changer Retailer” at the Retail Gazette Awards, numerous new stores & global territories opened and swiftly approaching over 1000 employees, we simply don’t want to stop there.As part of a key HR digital transformation programme to significantly modernise, streamline and automate our HR information systems encompassing HR system, T&A and payroll, we are looking to recruit an experienced HRIS PROJECT MANAGER to deliver on our game changing objectives on a 12 month fixed term contract.Here’s what you will be doing.* Focussing on “People experience”, you will work hand in hand with key HR, group, departmental, & 3rd party stakeholders, in the analysis, design, build, testing, go-live & education of this HRIS transformation project.* Understanding & challenging new ways of thinking and doing to optimise the HRIS people experiences across many key elements including employee life-cycle, time & attendance and pay & benefits.* Creating roadmaps and journey logs to make sure this HRIS Project is delivered on time, within budget, in the right way, identifying crossroads and partnered solutions.* With multi-site collaboration, including UK, Republic of Ireland, and Hong Kong, stores to head office, to warehousing and so on, you will bring all parties, colleagues and process nuances into consideration and implementation.* Addressing problems through risk management and contingency planning and present solutions and/or options.* Future proofing these HRIS systems as we continue to grow, adapt and reach further for the stars as a business.To applyAre you someone with an HR background, who specialises in HRIS Project Management?
