The role of the Internal Sales – Plumbing Products will involve:
* Internal Sales position selling a range of plumbing and pipeline products such as: tubes, pipes, fittings, valves, ancillaries, guttering and drainage
* Selling to contractors, M&E contractors, trade and end users
* Dealing with incoming enquiries via telephone or email
* Processing orders
* Producing quotations
* Build and develop new customer relations
* Maintain and nurture existing relationships
* Providing excellent customer service
* Demonstrating a solid product knowledge and understanding to inform customers
* Upselling and cross selling where possible
* Full product training can be provided
The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales – Plumbing Products with:
* Pre-existing knowledge of the plumbing industry is essential
* Sales experience is highly beneficial
* Confident telephone manner
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong customer service skills
* Highly organised with good time management
* Must have the right positive attitude to learn and develop
* Computer literate
