Benefits: Full Comprehensive Benefits PackageThe role of the Internal Sales – Plumbing Products will involve:
- Internal Sales position selling a range of plumbing and pipeline products such as: tubes, pipes, fittings, valves, ancillaries, guttering and drainage
- Selling to contractors, M&E contractors, trade and end users
- Dealing with incoming enquiries via telephone or email
- Processing orders
- Producing quotations
- Build and develop new customer relations
- Maintain and nurture existing relationships
- Providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrating a solid product knowledge and understanding to inform customers
- Upselling and cross selling where possible
- Full product training can be provided
The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales – Plumbing Products with:
- Pre-existing knowledge of the plumbing industry is essential
- Sales experience is highly beneficial
- Confident telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Highly organised with good time management
- Must have the right positive attitude to learn and develop
- Computer literate
