Junior Operations Administrator

Salary: £18,525 to £19,000 + Company benefits

Location: Huddersfield


The Operations team provide crucial support to new customers and ensure business needs are met . This multi-disciplined, cross-skilled role will work across the core functions assisting with the process for key customers carrying out various administration duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the Manager with processing of customer details
Collating and scanning all paperwork.
Requesting references 
Second checking detailed paperwork
Assisting the other administrators with creation of new files 
Coordinating with product providers 
Collating and tracking new requests.
Creation of necessary system logins 
Assisting other administrators to transfer client data 
Creation  paperwork using mail merge functionality.
Collating, scanning and processing paperwork.
Sending paperwork to relevant departments
Keeping all communication saved and tracked.
Regularly updating customers on progress.
Other ad hoc duties that arise on a week-by-week basis
Knowledge / Skills:

A quick learner 
Experience in administration and a busy office environment.
A diligent approach to work and an eye for detail.
Able to work in a team and alone to meet goals.
Confident in using your own initiative as well as work from the instruction of others.
The ability to be flexible in responding to the needs of the business.
Proficient in IT.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel.
Confident on the phone and face to face.
Strong communicator across various media and levels within the business.
Proactive, honest and self-disciplined
