We are looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Delivery Manager to join our Huddersfield Manufacturing Centre. As part of the site L&D team, and with connections into the broader Syngenta P&S (Production & Supply) business, you will work collaboratively with colleagues and site leaders to develop the capability of our people and in turn help to drive the performance of our business.

Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing Excellence, youll have responsibility for working with colleagues and site leaders to identify L&D needs, develop and deliver modern blended learning interventions and embed these within site people development plans. You will coach colleagues in using our learning pathways and thus accommodate all learning styles to meet desired outcomes. This is a role where you can significantly add value to the quality, safety and efficiency of what our people do and positively influence the learning culture on our site. These will be real drivers for you and key measures of your success.

You will be expected to get involved in the development of our entry-level talent and new starters. Whether this be our well established and award-winning apprenticeship scheme, graduate scheme or experienced recruits coming in from other organisations. Your support in the development and delivery of associated onboarding & L&D programmes will be vital to their success.
Required profile: Hands on experience in a similar L&D role, ideally within a high-volume learning environment.
Experience of working with a team of like-minded individuals to co-create a dynamic learning environment from needs assessment to development and delivery of a range of blended learning interventions to include classroom, on-the-job and digital approaches.
Ability to identify and measure the success of the learning interventions that you deliver
Qualifications in learning design and / or coaching and facilitation would be helpful, e.g., CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) Level 5 Associate Diploma. However, experience in L&D is important too!
Experience in apprenticeship schemes would be an advantage, especially within a regulated manufacturing environment.
