A specialist nursing home near Huddersfield currently requires a Registered Nurse to join their team as Nurse Deputy Manager. The facility supports elderly and dementia service users.

Details of the Nurse Deputy Manager and what the home is offering:

A permanent contract to work 42 hours per week on days, with shifts covering a flexible 7 day rota

As Nurse Deputy Manager, you will take responsibility for maintaining excellent professional and clinical standards, providing effective clinical leadership to the care and nursing teams and managing and monitoring service delivery.

What we are looking for:

NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RNA/RN1, Mental Health Nurse/RMN/RMHN, or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD
Demonstrate experience in a UK nursing home or disability care setting and able to independently manage care plans and medications
For the Clinical Lead role you should have proven supervisory/leadership experience in a UK care home setting
You will be flexible to work shifts over a 7 day rota
