About the Role: Aligned to the Home Hygiene Hub, you will be responsible for supporting the overall project portfolio within the business function. This includes guiding all projects through the Project Lifecycle and leading key strategic projects when required, including NPD (New Product Development) and EPD (Existing Product Development) projects for our leading disinfectant Zoflora, manufactured locally in our liquids Centre of Excellence at Linthwaite. This role is an excellent development opportunity for someone with a good foundation of project management experience, who is ready for their next career step to gain exposure working in an environment of fast paced product launches. Or you could be a more experienced Project Lead that can bring your best practice PM skills and experience to us, to help us on our rapid growth journey! On a day-to-day basis you will: * Establish and lead effective project and programme management practices, including defining the project scope (objectives, strategy, resources, costs), running project kick-off meetings, creating and maintaining end-to-end project plans, communicating status updates and capturing (and tracking) project risks * Co-ordinate and run weekly project review meetings to monitor project milestones, escalate issues (where needed) and report on progress. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and highlight risks and blockers effectively * Support the successful navigation of all projects through the UK and International stage gate governance processes * Ensure changes to project deliverables and timelines are effectively managed and clearly communicated to stakeholders * Develop agile processes to support entrepreneurial approach within project teams; foster enthusiasm and teamwork, build relationships and celebrate achievements About You: At STADA we talk about diversity as Uniqueness. If youre keen to add value and see results, thrive in a busy fast paced environment and have the can-do spirit thats spearheading our success, bring those qualities, with the following: * Project management experience leading NPD/EPD projects ideally within a FMCG environment. * Relevant Degree/PM certification would be advantageous but not essential. * Commercial acumen and a sound understanding of business and different functions with regard to the delivery of NPD. * Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills and able to build effective working relationships with factory teams, brand teams and commercial teams. * Demonstrates a clear collaborative style; able to work in a fast-paced growth organisation, lead, influence and drive teams through change.
