Job Title: Reward Manager
Salary: up to £52,000pa
Location: Huddersfield / hybrid
A well-recognised institution are partnered with JGA Recruitment to source a Reward Manager on an 18-month FTC.
Responsibilities:
Providing reward-related advice and insight together with management information
Facilitating a cost-effective management of employee rewards and benefits
Fostering a high-performance culture
Working with Reward SLT and wider HR team to make a competitive package.
Skills required:
Excellent excel skills
Previous experience in reviewing reward packages
Data interrogation skills
Previous experience on the Operations side of Reward
