Reward ManagerFull time, 18 Month FTC£42,542 – £53,848Huddersfield, HybridSupporting a Higher Education client appoint a Reward professional on an FTC basis. You will work closely with the Head of Reward & Information Systems and the wider HR teams, to support the University to compete effectively in a global employment market to attract, reward and retain highly talented staff across all the University’s activities, working on a variety of rewards projects to deliver on key aims of the University’s People First strategy.
Support the Head of Reward & Information Systems in the design, delivery, implementation, and promotion of any new staff benefit schemes. Ensuring they are competitive, designed and managed to attract and retain a quality workforce and communicated clearly and appropriately to colleagues and potential candidates.
Manage the operational reward processes and benefit schemes, working closely with the HR teams to maintain an efficient and successful operation.
Provide expert knowledge and guidance to staff and managers across the University on reward matters for all benefit-related queries, maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
Collect and analyse data to support a full pay review, providing insight to help design and develop a revised pay structure as necessary.
Educated to degree level or CIPD qualified or have equivalent demonstrable experience.
Advanced Excel skills including data manipulation.
Up to date knowledge of employment law, as it related the reward discipline.
Experience of working in a reward setting, within a large HR department.
