We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised Service Administrator with a strong administration background and high-level attention to detail to join a superb engineering company in Huddersfield HD4 Your duties will include: * Create and process engineers’ job sheets. * Call customers to schedule the jobs in * Arrange engineers workload * Create all invoices * Create additional work quotations and chase up outstanding quotes on a monthly basis. * Prepare quotations for new and renewal service agreements, for both new and existing customers. * Create stage payment invoices for customers on service agreements as required. * Provide reports to Regional Managers and Aftermarket Sales as required, to include warranty and workshop reports. * Answering department incoming phone calls & emails as necessary & also answering incoming company telephone calls, during business periods. Key competencies required: * Excellent customer service, communication, and team working skills are essential. * High level PC literacy skills. Knowledge and experience in MS Word & Excel are essential. Knowledge and experience of SAP and Lotus Note is desirable. * A high level of attention to detail is essential, with the ability to enter data accurately. * A proven track record working in Administration, and working with Field Engineers, and an understanding of Engineering Businesses is desirable. Full time; 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:30 with ½ hour lunch Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 basic plus bonus (circa £2000 per annum)
