TSR are recruiting for a Site Manager to join our client, a regional Housebuilder. To head up a development in Huddersfield. The successful candidate will lead the on site work force and take the development through to completion. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on site • Maintain accurate records of all site progress, including materials and labour • Ensure that all site work is completed safely, in accordance with regulations and company policies • Manage and motivate team members, including subcontractors and laborers • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to resolve issues and maintain good working relationships • Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience as a Site Manager in the New Build Housing industry • Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project or Primavera • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Good problem-solving skills • Valid first aid and safety training certifications Applications If you feel that you have the relevant experience to be successful in this position and would like to find out more, please apply online today attaching a copy of your current CV.
