Are you an experienced Supply Planner? Maybe you have worked as a Demand Planner or Supply Chain Coordinator and are ready to make your next move!
We are looking to recruit a Supply Planner to join a n impressive group of companies in the North West. Working across two of their sites in West Yorkshire, youll need a full, clean UK driving licence.
As Supply Planner, youll be liaising with Sales and the Customer Service teams to gather information to develop short-term supply plans.

About the job
Your focus will be on developing short term production plans and creating and maintaining the critical path.
Youll be responsible for conducting weekly goods reviews, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring you have a grasp on production requirements for the coming week.
Youll regularly monitor internal supplier performance, e.g., creating reports and contributing to supplier reviews.
You will deliver service whilst minimising stock levels.
Youll ensure you have a handle on the flow of products to and from suppliers recognising lead times.
Working closely with the sales team to obtain the relevant sales information to create the forward demand plans.
Contribute to continuous improvement looking for ways to streamline processes and practices.
Youll be covering two sites in the Huddersfield area so being a driver with a car is a must.
About you:
Previous experience within a Textile Manufacturing business would be preferable.
Knowledge of piece dye processes would be highly desirable.
Youll be able to demonstrate your excellent relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
You will be professional, passionate about what you do and possess excellent communications skills.
Youll have a flair to negotiate and influence others.
Attention to detail and accuracy are strengths of yours.
This is a busy and sometimes demanding role, and therefore requires someone who can work under pressure and manage several priorities effectively.
You will be naturally driven and strong in character.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excel and have a strong understanding of MRP/ERP packages or similar.
