Coyne Recruitment work with the leading and most reputable organisations across the Employability and Skills sector. We are currently looking to support a fantastic organisation to recruit for a skilled Telecommunications Trainer for our client.
You will be required to deliver high quality teaching and learning within the telecommunications in Professional Competence for IT and Telecoms Professionals, through undertaking one or more of the following key responsibilities.
Design and deliver teaching materials through use of appropriate teaching, learning and assessment methods.
Challenge thinking, foster debate and develop the ability of students to engage and develop in their telecommunications training.
Facilitate student projects and/or assignments and, where appropriate mark and assess work and examinations and provide feedback to students
Complying with any training regulatory obligations
Ensuring all training records and systems are updated accurately and well maintained
Adopting a continuous improvement mindset and approach to the training and development of students.
Contribute to the curriculum development process, bringing new innovative and inspiring ways to the delivery of learning
Continually review practices and procedures to ensure best practice is always delivered
Attend departmental meetings where required
To be aware of any Health and Safety, disability, equality or welfare issues, and raise any concerns with the Quality Manager
