Our client is a long-established company in the Huddersfield area. Specialising in their product and supply they offer a one stop shop to new and returning customers.
We are looking to recruit a Receptionist/Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis.
The right candidate will be presentable, must have good communication skills, have good organisational skills and be computer literate.
Daily tasks will include but not be limited to:
* Answering of phones
* Meeting and greeting visitors
* Liaising with all departments to resolve customer queries and answer customer questions
* Updating the CRM database
* Monitoring and actioning the customer service inbox
